I finally got a chance to watch this movie, RiP! A Remix Manifesto, after one of my students recommended it. This is an amazing documentary that highlights many of the issues with copyright in the new world. One of the participants is Lawrence Lessig and has recently written a book called Remix: Making Art and Commerce Thrive in a Hybrid Economy. I haven’t had a chance to read it yet . . ...
